Our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of tg771 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures) may result in temporary service interruptions. tg771 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
